At Brotherwolf, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
